*Rockville markers for Mr. Sidney Randolph, lynched July 4, 1896, and Mr. John Diggs-Dorsey, lynched July 27, 1880.*

Please join MoCoLMP and the Jubilee Singers for a brief remembrance ceremony for the two men lynched in Rockville: Mr. Randolph (July 4, 1896) and Mr. Diggs-Dorsey (July 27, 1880). You are invited to bring a flower or flowers to lay at the marker sites. Featured speakers will include:

Rev. Alexa Fraser, former MoCoLMP Steering Committee Member
Rev. Gerald Elston, new lead pastor at Jerusalem-Mt. Pleasant UMC,
Chiquita Sorrels, historian of Jerusalem-Mt. Pleasant UMC

After the ceremony, all are invited to join us at the Paris Baguette (3 blocks from the ceremony location) to gather and talk:
